Theft in Zircle depot

I am a plus customer with almost 10000 points, at the highest status apparently as they share on the app. I have been using the app for 3+ years now. I had plenty of small issues and did not need to write here until today. I am also a sellbox (a.k.a. Zircle) user. This is a good chance for less used items to be sold with a good price. However the Zircle team ‘accidentally’ lost one item (of 27 euros-a pair of almost new Tommy sandals) and told me that it wasn’t in my initial sellbox. This was insane as I know DHL wouldn’t open and take items from a package, and I sent it! There’s one last possibility of a theft, which they never consider and blame the missing item on me. They never give the credit of how long the customer has been with them and how reliable their words would be. It’s simple: their words over whatever the customer tells. I could’ve kept that pair of shoes for my daughter’s younger cousin if I knew they would get stolen. It is a big pity how people can quickly prefer acting cheaply rather than being honest. I am very dissatisfied, and wishing that they have good competition for online shopping here in Germany for people who work all day like us and have no time to physically go shopping.

Order with almost 1 month delay-no reply

ORDER CODE: 788PL5775H It’s been almost a month since i’ve ordered books from this website. Sent an email, no reply. Called, no answer. They’ve changed their call answering recording, telling they operate 08:00-12:00 on weekdays, so missed it today but i have no patience or tolerence left so i’m writing with desperate hopes to see maybe if they reply and refund my payment. // Site tamamen hileli/fraud izlenimi veriyor, bütün düzgün görünümlü tasarıma rağmen muhatap bulmak imkansız ve 1 ayı bulmasına rağmen siparişimden en küçük haber dahi alamadım. İade istiyorum-EĞER BUNU GÖREN BİR İNSAN EVLADI VARSA! yoksa üşenmeyip hukuki yollara başvuracağım.

Not recommending

The veterinary they sent started by criticising previous treatments applied. Continued with changing current diet to a completely different one. Gave 2 full strips of painkillers to use ‘just in case’ despite our dog has no acute signs of pain (she shared that this is ‘just in case’ as well). We asked about his skin crusts but she said it is because of the diarrhea and it will go away once the diarrhea goes away and that we could apply bepanthene. While making the appointment we made clear that he should get B12 shots as his values are below normal limits. She brought a B-complex injection as they do not have the single B12 injection. They do not give this information at the time of appointment which I made by phone call. All of the visit looked very much consisting of unnecessary and doubtful consultation ending with not serving the main aim of appointment: receiving a B12 only shot. I do not recommend and will delete my account once the payment is in their account (they do not allow deletion before the open amount is paid-which I sent but of course takes a few days for them to receive)

Very disappointing customer experience overall

It’s impossible to reach customer service. I get it when an app doesn’t want customers to reach the hotline for everything but uber app doesn’t even have a proper decision tree mechanism for support. You either have to give feedback about a trip you finished or technical issues. It has been so many times that my request got cancelled for various reasons by drivers now it became immobility reason for me than a mobility solution app. Numerous times i was late, and numerous times frustrated by completely rude approach of drivers who don’t like the distance i would like to go. They also don’t have a standard child seat booster so you may encounter a driver who won’t take you after 10 min.s of waiting because they don’t have a booster and it was your job to tell them in your request. I won’t even get started with smelly, dirty cars in which the drived smoked literally 5 min.s ago, not moving cars despite no traffic because the driver wanted to grab a coffee while you believe they will come in 5.mins for the last 10 min.s and so many similar occasions, yet, noone to hear your voice. So I deleted my account, happy to take public transport, at least I know what awaits and don’t have to pay so much for so little.

Nachverfolgung von verlorenem Gepäck

Ich habe meine Tasche am 21. August im Zug Hamburg-Berlin vergessen (die Tasche meiner Tochter war zu schwer, also habe ich ihr gesagt, dass ich ihre trage und ihr meine gegeben. Sie hat vergessen, sie zu nehmen, als wir den Zug verlassen). Wir stellten fest, dass es sehr schnell im Zug blieb. Als wir jedoch zurückliefen, schlossen sich die Türen. Wir machten Gesten zum , um zu zeigen, dass wir etwas vergessen hatten, zu einem Zugbegleiter, der zu verstehen schien und eine Handbewegung machte, die den nächsten Bahnhof zeigte. Da es jedoch spät in der Nacht war und wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren, gingen wir ins Büro und reichten eine Verlustmeldung ein. Nach 6 Tagen teilte uns die Deutsche Bahn mit, dass unser Artikel nicht gefunden wurde. Nach 10 Tagen teilten sie mit, dass es von nun an weniger wahrscheinlich ist, gefunden zu werden. Aber dann schickten sie uns eine E-Mail, in der sie uns mitteilten, dass es gefunden wurde. Heute haben wir es zurückbekommen, wobei meine Sonnenbrille und das fast vollständige Parfüm fehlten. Ich vermute ernsthaft, dass es einer ihrer Arbeiter war, der diese genommen hat, ansonsten kann ich keinen Grund sehen, warum es so lange geblieben ist, als wir sofort bemerkten und sowohl einen der Arbeiter in unserem Abteil als auch das DB-Büro kontaktierten. Sehr enttäuscht und frustriert. Reisen Sie niemals mit ihnen, es sei denn, Sie müssen.

Lost item follow up

I forgot my bag (my daughter’s bag was too heavy, so i told her that i’d carry hers and gave mine to her. She forgot to take it while we leave the train) on the 21st of August. We realized that it stayed on the train,very quickly. However as we ran back, the doors closed. We made gestures to the , showing that we forgot something, to a train crew member, who seemed to understand and he made a hand gesture showing the next station. However as it was late night and we were with kids, we went to the office and filed a lost report. After 6 days Deutsche Bahn informed us that our item wasn’t found. After 10 days, they informed that it is less likely to be found from now on. But then they sent an email telling us that it was found. Today we got it back, with my sunglasses and almost full perfume missing. I honestly suspect that it was one of their workers who took these, otherwise i cannot see a reason why it stayed so long when we immediately realized and contacted both one of the workers in our compartment and the DB office. Very disappointed and frustrated. Never travel with them unless you have to.
