I like many others did not wish to renew my subscription, was warned well in advance that it was becoming due and to select to renew which l did not. However a renew payment was taken one month in advance of the renew date about which l complained. I was informed “no problem we will refund you” l even had an email to say the payment has been refunded, it hasn’t, they now ignore my emails asking why l haven’t received my refund. I feel misled and cheated out of my money knowingly. Further action against this company incoming.
