Package was delivered to the wrong address which was frustrating. That said, within minutes of emailing Lauren Bell, she was incredibly responsive and kindly arranged for replacements to be sent out immediately. Rare to have such professional and responsive customer service without irritating issues!

Algarve Removals managed to pick up a consignment of goods (many of which were fragile), and meticulously packed everything exceptionally well. This was also done with little notice. Goods arrived in the Algarve the following week and the Gents unloaded all boxes in places requested cheerfully. A very courteous team both in the UK and in Portugal. Zero breakages or damage. Pizza ordered via Deliveroo from Pizza Express together with Dough Balls and Bruschetta. Total order came to 32 pounds. Arrived 20 mins late and everything was stone cold. Jelveys from Deliveroo was unable to re-deliver and only offered 8.14 refund. I offered to have the food collected also, as it was inedible, and no response. Shocking Shocking customer service!
