very long delivery times

I don't normally write reviews but I think its important to let people know that delivery times from this company are really long, and this is something that they don't highlight at the time of purchase, it was only after a lot of searching of their website that I finally found the small print about their 'shipping policy' but by that time I'd already ordered and paid. If you're used to orders arriving in a reasonable amount of time, this probably isn't the website to use. I'm now left with items that I've paid for that I no longer want or need as the event I bought them for has happened. A total waste of my money and so easily avoided if they had provided clear and upfront information on shipping times before I'd paid so that I could have made a fully informed choice about whether to buy from them. Unfortunately one star is the lowest rating I can give.

they took my money but didn't get my photo

I paid for a 20 minute print service and was sent an e-mail confirming my prints were ready. When I turned up at the shop the shop had closed early so I couldn't get my prints. I returned the next day only to be told that the shop wouldn't be open that day despite the opening hours saying it would be.
I needed the photo for a funeral the following day so had to go to an alternative printers which cost nearly twice the price.
I have had no apology or refund from this company and would suggest anyone considering using them is extremely cautious.
