Great service from Nathan and the team…

Great service from Nathan and the team in sorucing professional indemnity for a complex function being run under a UK Limited Company setup. Listened to our needs and sourced a policy from an underwriter as required. Would strongly recommend these guys for insurance brokering for Limited Companies.

Our ticket says entry 1pm to 7.15pm

Our ticket says entry 1pm to 7.15pm . We have arrived and they will not let us in , along with other people who bought the same tickets . The QR code has expired . So we have spent money on 7 tickets and now can’t go in . Please refund and why say on the ticket that it says an open entry ?

We would like to clarify that in the case of booking the waitlist option, the process works as follows:

Waitlist: By choosing this option, your reservation goes on a waitlist in case there are cancellations or last minute availability.
Confirmation/Rejection: Our confirmation rate is 96%. Your reservation will be confirmed or rejected before 9:15 on the same day of the visit. If confirmed, you will receive an email with the exact time of access to the monument, which will always be from 13:00, except on Saturdays, when it will be from 11:00.
Access Time: The access time is the one indicated on the ticket that is sent to you. It is crucial to follow the indicated time to avoid any problems when entering.
Refund: If your ticket is not confirmed, the amount paid will be unblocked and you will receive a full refund.

Excellent service from Steve at Dylan…

Excellent service from Steve at Dylan Stephens, prompt feedback on the initial enquiry via Whatsapp followed by a detailed chat over the phone regarding a pen sale. Painless to deal with and funds received from them immediately on receipt of the item at their location.
