Lovely dermapeel and pedicure by Charlotte. Always so friendly and makes my trips to heaven a pleasure. So relaxing. Products are great but wish there was something new. Product innovation seems to have come to a stand still whilst other brands are keeping up with new science.

I was introduced to heaven when my sisters and I went for a pre wedding facial around 10 years ago and it’s been my go to ever since. I had always had acne prone skin, but as soon as I started regular facials and using the heaven products my skin was so much better. It improved so much my Best friend asked what I was doing differently and started using the products and having treatments too. I love all the products, literally all of them, I think there are very few I haven’t tried. I recently thought about changing my skin care routine but after looking at what else is out there I couldn’t find anything that wowed me enough to stray. I’m skeptical about the collagen drops as I currently take marine collagen supplements and I’ve seen no difference, but maybe one day I’ll give it a go. Can’t fault the staff, all so lovely, especially Kerry, Charlotte and Kate. I also get a regular pedicure along with my facials and they last really well. The only issue I have is that when you order on line you don’t accrue and are unable to use your loyalty points. Other than that Heaven really is true to its name.
