I was charged 115 dollars then a few days later was charged 295. I signed up to get one month free through jumpspeak and was charged the full price anyway. (295)I don't know what the 115 was for.I attempted to contact them twice through support email and have not received a response. They do not have a support phone number.

They blow up my phone multiple times every day after being told multiple times that I'm not interested. They call hang up and immediately call again. They also send an endless supply of emails in which I reply to and ask them to stop calling me and sending emails. Once I got a sassy email back telling me that verizon connect probably isn't the only company calling. They leave messages so I know. I put my information in the website because it promised to show me a price but instead said that I would be contacted by a sales associate instead. The pricing is not transparent and screams scam. Beware.
