I cannot express how utterly disgusted I am with this so-called "AI service." They charged me a whopping $59.99 for a yearly subscription, claiming I would get access to "ChatGPT Pro features." Spoiler alert: it's a blatant lie! What they offer is nowhere near the quality or functionality of ChatGPT Pro. In fact, their AI is a pathetic knockoff that fails to deliver even basic responses half the time.

To make matters worse, they deliberately use a logo that mimics ChatGPT's to trick customers into believing they’re signing up for something legitimate. It’s not only misleading, it’s a calculated scam targeting unsuspecting users.

The cherry on this disgusting scam cake? I emailed them less than an hour after subscribing, requesting a refund. Guess what they told me? No refund, because I "used the service and exceeded the limits." Are you kidding me? ONE HOUR of testing your broken AI apparently equals a commitment to 365 days of misery? Unbelievable. Their “refund policy” is a joke designed to rip people off and ensure no one gets their money back, no matter how awful their service is.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! These crooks are preying on people with false advertising, misleading branding, and an AI that’s about as useful as a broken calculator. Stay far, far away from these thieves. Save your time, your sanity, and most importantly, your money.

P.S. If anyone else has been scammed, report them to your payment provider or relevant consumer protection agency. This kind of fraud should not go unpunished.

Reaching out to the support team has become a frustrating and futile exercise. The ticket system is a never-ending loop: clicking the link to open a ticket redirects you to an interactive form, which leads nowhere. This endless cycle has left me unable to get the assistance I urgently need. My business is suffering significant losses due to the considerable downtime, and the lack of effective support only exacerbates the problem. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

It's been around 3 months now that my website has been undergoing an important downtime, sometimes it can last a whole day, and guess what you can't even contact support!!!! My revenue dropped almost 50% because of this issue. Sorry Contabo but I've had enough, I must find another provider ASAP.
