Non delivery of parcel due to feeble excuses, stayed at home on quoted delivery date no ups visit.Apparently we live in a too rural location utter B0**##+s we live in Newquay. Parcel is now stranded at Bodmin?.Two days to get from the USA now unable to deliver the last 30 miles. Pathetic!

.I have changed my review due to Ava's excellent customer support, they agreed to change the leaking vario nozzle free of charge even though it is outside of the two year warranty. I am pleased with the overall quality of the ava machines , perhaps the nozzles could be improved?.

Useless past two delivery's at wrong house, not even correct street, as bad as everi

Expensive coffee pods, delivered to wrong address, no perks for bulk purchase.Also last two machines lasted about two years which I think is pathetic.

Parcel delivered to wrong house on wrong street, god only knows where, our house is blue with address sign nailed to it, they,ve delivered to a green house( no green houses on our street) and it's in a back garden safe place??.utterly useless I just hope the owner finds it and delivers it.

Another parcel delivered to the wrong house on the wrong street, god know,s where,as they look to have put in in somebody's back garden. The only clue is the house is green (ours is blue) so that narrows it down to about 50 or so.

Excellent fast service easy to find exact model perfect fit easy replacement. Sottini toilet seats are very expensive original broke after 4 years.

This company is beyond dreadful, near on zero customer support if you get a problem. We purchased aorus monitor via Amazon it lasted 5 months then packed up over night.Then various e mails were sent with only pathetic responses back like switch it on and off.I suggest you research gigabyte coop before buying from them, as most people have had the same experience.Thankfully Amazon have agreed to refund we have now purchased a new azuis monitor which is much better all round.

My son purchased a monitor through Amazon all was ok for five months,then over night it packed up .contacted gigabyte, four hours later they said to reset it ( like we did not try that first) . Another e mail sent and no response since.Whats needed is phone coop to talk to someone with a name to rectify the fault.Six hundred pounds for this utter rubbish service not impressed.Update on the non existent coop, thankfully Amazon stepped up to the plate and offered a full refund and collected the monster,Thank you Amazon very pleased with your excellent service!

Delivered to house no5 which does not exist on our close God knows which house on our estate

A rip off advertised 5 .1 % went through all the online form filling got to the end ,then we are offered 4.4,% what a waste of my time utter crap!

Insurance premium went up from 280 to 380 in one year, got same level of cover from allianz for 212 what a rip off for loyalty.

Given a delivery slot of 1440 to 1640,stayed home parcel did not arrive,then at 1830 got a message saying delivery attempted but was a no show. No card left. Then tried there messaging service and received no reply. Tried the chat bot 64 minute wait. I think not pathetic.

Easy to open account does what it says on the tin would recommend
