Returning to my local from scotland

I enjoyed using the other DLs in Scotland. Cleaner and newer fixture and fittings. Eg taps.
A southend the jacuzzi doesn't always operates properly. Turning things on can be difficult. There is a fair amount of cement / tile adhesive / lying in tbe water. The number of people who.think it's OK to bring their phone into the area seems to be increasing, as is the noise. It is becoming less of a place for quiet reflection. Why do people think it's OK to shout?
WHY DO WE NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SKY's GOLF CHANNEL? Today there were two channels covering cricket. One on football and one on aussi rules. There are enough people interested in golf to make it worthwhile. The gym sessions that are run tend to be far too loud. The music will damage people's hearing. Today was no different.

Coffee beans extraordinaire

Quick receipt of goods. Well packaged and whatever the coffee beans inside are, I'm confident the taste will be great. The packaging itself does not highlight the name of the beans I've purchased. So it's all down to my taste buds. =.0)

A pain-free switch from Ovo to Octopus

Initially my application to switch was turned down. I spoke to a member of staff who showed empathy and understanding without making any promises. However after a day I was told my switch would be processed. Since then communication has been spot on and I feel confident that I will be treated fairly.

I got there name through Manns Estate…

I got there name through Manns Estate Agents. I contacted them. A very jovial lady took my call. She explained how they worked. I arranged for Progas to pick up the house keys and carry out the work. I received an email confirming completion of the work. I rang them again and made the payment. This time a male handled the call. He too was very helpful. I've since been back to the house and all is well there. Thank you

Old double glazed door handle internal workings degraded to point were bolts would not work.

I was given a window of 3pm to 6pm for the appt with a call an half hour before the
rep would arrive. I got a call at 2.25. Jack arrived 3pm. He was cheerful knowledgeable and efficient. The lock is an old model but he had spares in his van. So I now have a working door. Jack wrote out the invoice and charged less than what was qouted over the phone appt. A number of charges were described to me over the phone so I was not aware of there was an error / difference.
The only irritation was the person who took my call who insisted that I pay a higher amount. An extra £20. I was not bothered but it would be interesting to understand their pricing policy. She treated me as though I was trying to pull a fast one!!! Not the case. Embarrassing for Jack. I'm still happy with his input. Cheers
