Accessible garage conversion

Had our garage converted to add an accessible therapy room and open up our kitchen so it is also accessible. Had been great customer service from start to finish.
Pricing was very reasonable and nothing was too big of an ask.
Some issues with the roofers not turning up and having to leave for other jobs. This was discussed with Anthony who was straight onto the roofers to get it sorted.
Want to give a shout out to the plasterer who was incredible. Went above and beyond for us, working weekends to get it done quicker which was great as we need the room for our little boy.
Few snagging bits as to be expected but again, very responsive and helpful in resolving them.
For us, this was a huge project that would have a massive impact on our lives, both whilst being done with the disruption and when finished for the space it would give to our boy who is severely disabled. The team knew that and worked to ensure our home was safe and secure whilst keeping disruption to a minimum, and have finished it to an incredible standard. They ensured doorways were widened and everything was adapted to suit our boys needs.
We now have a room perfect for physical therapy as well as a big accessible family kitchen.

Appalling delivery

Washer is great, but we knew that when we bought it.
Service from curry’s was appalling.
Delivery nearly 2 hours late, delivery men kicking appliance and laughing about being there late. Completely awful.
We paid for installation. It hasn’t been done properly and is leaking all over kitchen so now at a loss having to call plumber out

My fourth piece from Selina and I love this too. Beautiful and timeless, a true key piece of jewellery that I will cherish.
Incredible as it is handmade and exquisitely beautiful.

Review of Allied Mobility

Largely appalling service

Initial contact with sales rep was fine. Person delivering vehicle was great. Everything in the middle was utterly appalling. Contacting allied mobility and dealing with people who do not care, cannot help and frankly don’t want to help.
Vehicle delayed several times. Never given advance warning and expected to be fine with that.
Raised concerns about the delay, told I shouldn’t have believed the initial time frame I was given. If that is the case, why give it? Why not say “how long is a piece of string?”
Truly appalling service when called at 3.30pm the day before vehicle due to be told it is delayed yet again. I had taken more time off work to be in the house from 8am-6pm but that was not their concern. They could not have cared less. Incredibly disappointing service for a company who have a large monopoly on a group in society whose needs are significant.
