Danni was so helpful to me today, I had a couple of issues that I needed help with, one being I could not enter my booking number of 10 numbers, it would ony accept 7. But bless her, she sorted me out with patience.

I ordered 1 pair of bowtie sliders in burgundy and they arrived right size and within two weeks. Perfect. Have ordered 2 more pairs, they are comfortable and seem good.

We were booked into a hotel in Tunisia…

We were booked into a hotel in Tunisia and were informed 2 months prior that we were being moved to another hotel of equal star quality. NO way was it a 4 star, barely 2 to be honest. After an "eventful" transfer where we had to change coaches, three drivers having a verbal argument as to where we were going, we eventually arrived 3 hours later than scheduled. However what I found out talking to other holiday makers that whilst there are 3 hotels all owned by same person The Royal Azur, the Bel Azur & the Sol Azur was the thought that if you book through LOVE HOLIDAYS you are automatically down graded to the Sol Azur hotel. This hotel is dirty, many health & safety hazards, the food is pretty awful, the food is repeated - 3 days of lasagna! Tables are not laid in the morning - so hunt the cutlery, Coffee is disgusting - even the waiters agree... I could go on. I would not say my experience with Love Holidays has given me the confidence to use them again

Clear & easy site to use

Found paste in local pet store retailing at £6.00 a tube, looked on line to purchase finding much more agreeable price and managed to bulk buy at good price.

Excellent service

The service and the flowers were excellent. I ordered in advance of the Golden wedding anniversary of my sister & brother-in-laws day and they were delighted with the flowers and chocolates. I have used prestige before and will continue to do so.
