Customer service is impeccable

I had a query about my subscription so I sent an email in the evening. By the morning not only had they responded they gave me a variance of options around amending my subscription, pausing or cancelling. I didn’t have to wait 3-5 business days and I felt listened to. Outstanding

I listed my home with this company and the customer service was terrible. They did not explain the process, they did not keep me informed and when I called them to find out what was happening with the sale of my home I come to find out that the person who was assigned to my home was on annual leave for two weeks and nobody would be dealing with enquiries

Enquiries have been made about my property and the follow up was poor. They sent an email and failed to follow up with the buyers.

I requested that following the poor service which I received for my property to be removed they said that I would have to wait an additional month or pay 1000 plus vat to have it removed. Given that one person is on annual leave that means for the remaining 5 weeks they will do nothing with the property.

What a waste of time and effort. I wouldn’t trust them with my home ever again.
