Poor service and unethical business…

Poor service and unethical business practice. Bought food product and content not as advertised on label. Deliveroo do not want to be responsible and won’t provide refund. Will stop using their service.

Worst platform

Worst platform! Receive a product and not working as intended but rejected my return and refund request! Asked me to ask the seller and seller ask me to ask the manufacturer! Manufacturer push back to the seller! Goes round and round! Shopee don’t take responsibility to honour the return policy! Truly unethical business practice! They should be banned and sued!

Horrible company and its courier…

Horrible company and its courier services. Failed to pick up but lied that they attempted to pick up. Proof text msg between the driver and I shown to their manager that they did not pick up. Then their solution for me to wait another 48 hours. What do they think others are not working and just stay home waiting for them? I lost trust with Shopee.

Disappointed with ESR case

I used ESR case with stash kickstand for 6 months and the kickstand came off the case showing the glue underneath! Supposedly 12 months warranty covered for quality issue but ESR authorised retailer claimed it is wear and tear and no warranty given. After days of back and forth to escalate. The authorised retailer became rude and hesitantly replaced but refused to explain why they refused to replace initially claiming ESR rejected the warranty claim.

Bad food

Should have read these reviews before using deliveroo. Had multiple issues with orders since sign up few weeks ago to date. Last order with spoilt mushroom soup. But deliveroo said they are not responsible. Ridiculous if they benefit from our business via their platform but not responsible for food quality which is the most important thing. Anyway my family is done with deliveroo.
