Parcel lost and there is nobody to answer!

Ne poste italiane ne sendabox rispondono. Se volete una spedizione affidabile state lontani…

I sent a parcel from Rome to Denmark with some bottles of wine for Christmas on 28TH of November. 14 days later the parcel was still in Rome Fiumicino airport acc. to the Poste Italiane and sendabox tracking number.
I called both Poste Italiane and sendabox and filled in several complains, but never received any answer. The only answer from Poste Italiane was that 14 days was normal!!!
Now 8th of January 2024 I’m still waiting for my parcel to arrive and Sendabox is not answering!
I can only guess that they lost my parcel, but as a minimum I would expect somebody to answer!

Lidt brød til 120kr

En kurv med brød og olie koster if menuen 40 kr. så vi bestilte lidt brød. Da regningen kom lød den på 120 kr for brød! Forklaringen var, at man betaler pr person! Også selvom vi kun spiste et par stykker brød hver! Og vi fik kun en enkel mini tallerken olie til deling.
Desuden er det fint med naturvin, men når der næsten ikke er nogen vine med denomination (DOP/DOC/DOCG osv) er det godt nok svært at vide hvad man får… desuden var den vin vi bestilte hverken certificeret Økologisk eller biodynamisk så jeg ved ikke hvordan de gør at kontrollere om det er naturvin…

Baggage nightmare

We bought our EUROWINGS plane tickets on volagratis and in the travel documents was written clearly “luggage included 23 kg” (Bagaglio in stiva incluso, del peso di 23 kg) on both the departure and return flights, but when we arrived to the airport Eurowings told us since we are priority 2 the luggage is NOT included and to pay immediately 100 euro or they would not make us board the plane! There was no alternative for us than to pay additional 100 euro on top of the 678 euro we already payed for 2 return tickets to Düsseldorf. Other passengers were also in the same situation as ours. In our view, both EUROWINGS and volagratis are earning their money by cheating their clients. Perhaps they should find another business.
