Parcel lost and there is nobody to answer!

I sent a parcel from Rome to Denmark with some bottles of wine for Christmas on 28TH of November. 14 days later the parcel was still in Rome Fiumicino airport acc. to the Poste Italiane and sendabox tracking number.
I called both Poste Italiane and sendabox and filled in several complains, but never received any answer. The only answer from Poste Italiane was that 14 days was normal!!!
Now 8th of January 2024 I’m still waiting for my parcel to arrive and Sendabox is not answering!
I can only guess that they lost my parcel, but as a minimum I would expect somebody to answer!

Very positive experience with SendABox. Online form easy to fill. With an automated answer giving the price, after entering box weight and dimensions. Easy online paiement. Order confirmation per immediate mail, with all details and a link to print the label for the box. The pickup company came to my house the following day, in date and time as requested. The online tracking tool to follow transport and delivery is very reassuring. In summary, a transparent, comfortable and easy process. I recommend and I will use again.

Mia madre ha inviato un pacco con i nostri regali di Natale e relativa documentazione, nel Regno Unito. Qualcosa e' andato storto ma nessuno ha mai contattato me in UK o mia madre in Italia. Il pacco e' stato fermo in dogana per un mese e ora viene rispedito al mittente (mia madre) intimandole di pagare anche le tasse di ri-importazione in Italia. UPS e Sendabox.it completamente non in grado di fornire alcun aiuto o assistenza.
My mother sent some Christmas presents to my family in the UK with all the documentation needed on the 11th of December using UPS via Sendabox.it. Nobody ever contacted me about Custom clearance or any issue, the parcel has been stuck in Customs for a month and now it's being sent back to the sender and want my mother to PAY taxes to re-import our presents into Italy. In all of this UPS and Sendabox.it were entirely absent and unable to help. Never use Sendabox.it

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY
One start because it didnt give me the chance to non give any. The worse experience in my life. They pick up my parcel be send to the uk and after a month moving it for the whole Italy because never went out of Italy they send it backto the point of origin and give it to someone else. Also the worst Customer service that there is none becauuse its only an email that they answer when they feel like it. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF SENDING A PARCEL AVOID THIS COMPANY

Where is the courier?
Very difficult to navigate, it rejected the card payment and only let me pay with Paypal, at extra cost, and every time I had to repeat some of the steps before, as it only stored certain information.
The courier hasn't come to collect the parcel, nobody has got in touch, and I cant find any contact number to call to know what has happened.
Not the best service.

My package directed to the UK
My package directed to the UK, came back to me without going out of Italy. All the documentation was in the trasparent pocket, following the instructions I was provided. No conclusion or serious information from the SEND A BOX since the 1st of April where I made my request. I also sent a few reminders since then, but the response is always the same: we sent a request to the competent service. I am very dissapointed since I haven't receive any exact ifnormation about what document was missing (the package returned without documents and the embalage all ripped up) and I am not even saying about the refund...
Edit from 21/10/2021 After my review I was immediately contacted for the refund, in response to my request. Thank you.
