Received my hoody today. Took a while to arrive and didn’t receive any updates. It obviously has a great message and is for a good cause, but the quality of the fabric is very poor so was quite disappointed with it overall.

Easy to access chat function on website. Had to wait a fair while for an agent but they resolved my issue within 2 minutes and heating is now working!
