The worst customer service I ever…

The worst customer service I ever experienced. We hired hiper after moving to our apartment cause they promised an easy and fast installation but it was nothing like that. When trying to get help they said they needed to send a technician but they had only one time available in one week and it was not possible and then asked us for money!!! If we wanted another time. We canceled right away and after reading other reviews I am glad we did so.

The delivery was super fast and although I used my set only once, so far I am very happy with the results.

Empty box

Postnord supposedly left a package for me at the boxes located at Remiseparken in Amager but when I got there and opened the box, it was empty. Now I am waiting for them to process my claim but it is not a good service.

Orders never arrive to DK with Dao

If you live in Denmark, don't order from Shein! They use Dao as postal service and they are an absolute mess, they have lost my last 4 orders and even marked them as received and I got NOTHING. Dao takes no responsibility for these packages, they customer service is non existent and after a week of "investigation" they tell you they can't do anything and that you should contact the seller. I complained several times to shein about their delivery service and they provide no solution. I mistakenly ordered one more time and it happened again, a total waste of time and money.

3 last orders lost by DAO DK

I used to order a lot from Shein since moving to DK and even though sometimes the quality was not the best, I got really nice things as well that I wear a lot. Unfortunately, I don't know what happened with the delivery company they use in Denmark, but out of my last 4 orders, 3 were lost by Dao. The first one apparently got stuck in Rodovre, I contacted Dao and after a week they said they could not locate the package and that I should claim the seller. Then, the last two were marked as delivered by Dao but I never actually received them. Again, Dao absolutely washed their hands out and Shein responded and refunded me but the whole process took like a week even though I paid extra for shipping insurance. Unless they change their delivery company I do not think I will order again from Shein, it is a complete waste of time.
PS: Don´t trust Dao´s reviews here on Trustpilot, they are completely fake.

Orders mark as delivered but never received

I am waiting for two orders from Shein. Yesterday I got two emails from Dao saying they have been delivered but nothing arrived, the packages are nowhere to be seen and my neighbors do not have them either.
It is not the first time Dao lost my packages so this is not a surprise but I cannot believe the level of incompetence of this company.
