The staff at Dobbies Gailey, are always friendly and helpful. They recognise you and in some cases, especially in the restaurant, already have your favourite coffee on the go when you walk in, as long as it's not too busy of course.

Can't fault HMV, a vinyl record I ordered had gone out of stock, but they emailed two days later to say it was back in stock and it arrived another two working days later. Excellent service. Well done.

HMV offers a great choice of products and everything I order arrives on time and in perfect condition. If an item does get delayed through no fault of HMV, then they keep me up to date via email. Job always well done. We need to support these good old British company names.
