A great personalised and easy to use service for peace of mind
What I liked about ParentShield is both the simplicity of getting set up and the app itself with the peace of mind you get. This is a very comprehensive and personalised service which really helps tailor it to your needs. The word and call filter plus message playback provides extra peace of mind. Everything is covered and you feel in full control. I'd recommend it particularly for parents of younger phone users as it will highlight any words or red flags and you receive a text in real time notifying you of any red flags / alerts. You feel in total control, which, as a parent, is a great help, and is what good customer service is all about.
