I recently switched to Home Energy to supply my gas and electricity because they offered the cheapest prices. I had checked up on a few things first with their customer services and the switchover was promptly and efficiently handled and completely free of any problems. I found the customer services very helpful and informative.

I tried a product from the Good Vitamins Company and was dissatified with it. I have now found another product with another company which suite me better.
However, the Good Vitamins Company keeps on contacting me over many months by means of emails, telephone calls and text messages - I just can't get rid of them so I'm hoping that leaving this review of their ghastly customer services will have some effect.

I ordered two cans of decking oil at 16.20 yesterday. They were delivered by courier today at 12.45.
Wonderful service by Wood Finishes Direct and at a great price as well. The courier service by DPD was good too.

The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was very pleasant.

I bought a high-spec HP Envy laptop. It was great for a while, but then the hinge broke. I looked online and this was a common fault with this model of computer. Never mind, I had my 3 year support package. This worked well and the company collected my laptop by courier and returned it promptly. However, some months later, the same problem happened, and it was fixed again.
Now after 3 years, the support package has come to an end and the same problem has happened. HP have told me that those spares are no longer available even if I pay for the repair. They reject any claim for an item which, from the outset, was not fit for purpose.
Be careful before buying HP because it seems that their equipment is not long-lasting.
