I have been getting no responses from my account manager and ‘Lincoln’ (don’t believe that’s the real name). I've been promised there would be sales for my remaining bottles for over a year now and I have more than £7,000 in wines that have been in a 'in brokerage' state for over 9 months.

Do not trust Oeno, they have wasted my time for over 4 years now.

Oeno had told me that they would liquidate my holdings by the end of March. Now they won’t take my calls, it’s shameful how they treat a loyal customer that’s invested for almost 5 years.

I awaited news but got nothing back. The person I was speaking to hasn't replied to my many emails and calls.
They've gone cold when they were meant to deliver.

They've lied to my face and then dissapeared. Absolutely not trustworthy as an organisation.

I’ve spoken to multiple people at Oeno in the past who completely wasted my time and have done nothing in over 4 years. I invested in 2021 and have seen zero returns on my investment. They sold 25% of my investment and after saying they’d sell the remainder, they haven’t delivered.

Manj has the perfect balance of pushing and listening. He has helped me work through some tough problems, made me more aware of my goals and dropped some gems in quotes.
