I ordered Versace glasses. I must admit that the customer service is very responsive. I contacted them by phone and email, and they really tried to help me.
The only thing I can criticize is the packaging : the glasses' case was intact, but the outer box was not. Maybe investing in a sturdier box would be a good idea

I am still waiting for my raffle money since 5 days. I had different answers from customer service and none of them was useful.
I also didn’t receive any notification about winning or loosing.
Be careful while ! They will block your money

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. You will only receive an email notification when you win a raffle. If you have not received a notification, you are unfortunately not the lucky winner of the raffle. The reservation on the credit card will then automatically expire within a couple of days. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service and we will take this problem seriously and investigate it further.
