I had a RUBBISH experience
UPDATE from 5* to 1*-
After I have received confirmation they had issued a refund back to my payment method on the 13th June, I have just received further correspondence from the LF team that implies no refund has been issued and that the courier states it has been delivered. They then want me to waste my own time and police time to file a police report almost a week after due to their delivery drivers incompetence leaving my parcel outside my address apparently with no instruction from me to do so. Absolute waste of time and would never use LF again. How do you go from refund issued to then it needs to be further investigated?! Plonkers.
I had a great experience with LF. I’ve been using their services since 2019 and never had any issues up until my latest delivery. I had an issue with the delivery driver and they ended up leaving my parcel outside of my flat and I never received it. Upon messaging with LF they investigated this and set up a refund for me for the items I had missing. It was a very smooth process and I couldn’t recommend it more to family and friends.
