I’ve been dealing with my washer out of…

I’ve been dealing with my washer out of service since Feb 2022 with an unbalance error during the rinse cycle. They first said it was just an adgitatir issue, when it finally came and was installed, the unbalance error continues to occur, the repair guy said it’s a clutch and shocks issue now, (that was just installed 4-30-22) after the repair guy ran 1/2 a cycle he said it was good to go. 2 washes later (this week) the adgitatir detached and ruined cloths that is stuck where the adgitatir was mounted on. Not to mention every time I call the service line, I get a run around! Really tired of having to go to the laundry matte every week and have a washers that doesn’t work on warrinty! As well the dryer is on warrinty and 1st diagnosis in Jan 2022 was belt broken, so tons of parts were ordered, when repair guy came to fix it, not the belts, but a fuse issue was diagnosed in April. Was told that if they can’t find the fuse in 7-10 business days, I would get a new dryer. End of April I called to find out what to do since the fuse has not come in yet, the rep said they are ordering it now and the tech will have it on hand. Tech came to fix both washer and dryer and said in his notes dryer appointment was cancelled cause the part is not with customer and still being processed. Why are these warrinty’s so shady?
