After initial registration difficulties it was all fine.
After I finally managed to register My Acct it was generally quite easy. Dialdirect did noy accept my first password and the only way to solve this was to select 'Forgot my Password' and establish another which worked fine. My big complaint was after setting up My Acct the first time, that after I clicked Done or Next (or what ever it was) I just went to a totally blank screen and was just left hanging. An hour later I managed to get to the 'Forgot my Password' and so managed to register my acct. Not very reassuring I must say. Hopefully it will all be OK from now.
