After initial registration difficulties it was all fine.

After I finally managed to register My Acct it was generally quite easy. Dialdirect did noy accept my first password and the only way to solve this was to select 'Forgot my Password' and establish another which worked fine. My big complaint was after setting up My Acct the first time, that after I clicked Done or Next (or what ever it was) I just went to a totally blank screen and was just left hanging. An hour later I managed to get to the 'Forgot my Password' and so managed to register my acct. Not very reassuring I must say. Hopefully it will all be OK from now.

Changing / renewing car insurance made easy.

it was time to change/renew my car insurance, always a dreadful/daunting experience. However the MoneySuperMarket website had collated a range of quotes and options which made the choices quite straightforward. Some of the navigation could have been clearer and more certain, but generally very easy.

Cult Pens gave excellent service.

Cult Pens gave excellent service and help. I had to phone them up the day after I placed the order as overnight I had discovered that one of the items I ordered was, in fact, not suitable for the purpose I intended. This was no trouble for Cult Pens, it was removed from the order and the refund for this item was immediate. Well done.

Some aspects of the site were clunky.
During the process, and due to the time needed to locate necessary information, the site kept timing out and one had to start again. Really annoying!

It was OK but the website could be a lot smoother

It was OK but the website is clumsy, it could be designed to be a lot smoother. Customers should be made aware of limiting parameters of all the providers much earlier in the process, e.g. one shouldn't have to go so far into the process before discovering restrictions on dimensions. A relatively simple filtering layer would sort this.

I opened a couple of savings accounts. The process was quite smooth and reassuring. However, as always with online transactions, there is always some stress as to whether it is going to work ok. Hence a four star rating, only the availability of real, living customer service help would garner five stars

Very good shopping experience

Very good shopping experience. Helpful, friendly phone communication. Unfortunately on this occasion the shoes were returned because they didn't fit my feet too well (foot error!). The only comment I would make is that the emails are quite clunky and even archaic in appearance (shades of early Windows!) but their content and intention was totally ok.

Mixed thoughts about Sigma

Let me first say that t)he service and help from Sigma was first class. However the product (bicycle drinking bottles) was not. Described as fitting most standard bottle cages, their diameter was decidedly undersized and rattled continually when riding. I use commonly available bottle cages so there should be no problem. The bottles were only £1.50 each, so it was not worth returning them for a refund. However the charity shop was very grateful
