The prompt attention to my order and the fast delivery.

I find that the service is always reliable. The product I bought was in good condition and delivery was fast as usual.

What struck me most was the promptness of he delivery. I made the order one day and the following day the item was delivered.

What I liked about my purchase this time was that the price for the item hadn't increased since the last time I bought the same item in addition to the very speedy delivery which I appreciate.

The item that I purchased from Beatty's was delivered in less than 48 hours from the time I sent in the order. It was in good condition clearly marked with easy to follow instructions.

What I mostly appreciate is how fast this item was delivered. I received it within two days of ordering it. On the negative side I noticed that the price of the item had raised by 12% since I received the same item from you in October 2022.

I was happy with the response and the speed of delivery and with the condition of the item I purchased. I was a bit perplexed by one thing though. When I saw the item that I was looking advertised by Robert Kee with a price tag of €299.00 I was happy to go for that. However when I clicked on the link the price jumped to €389.00 without any explanation. My first thought was that was including VAT but I know that the rate of VAT is 23% which would amount to €369 or there about.
I have now received an explanation about the different prices from the Robert Kee Team which clarifies things so I'm fully satisfied with the service and the prompt explanation.

I wasn't able to conclude my business on line but once I called up the number given I was attended fairly quickly by Dillon who brought me through the process and helped me to carry out the contract. It was good for once to be able to talk to some real person rather than being sent from one recorded message to another.

I ordered chains for a chainsaw around lunchtime on Thursday the 6th of October and expected to receive them on Monday the 10th. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived by mail at 11.00 am on Friday the 7th.

I am happy with the quality of the product as I received it and with the delivery service. As the product consists of tyres I won't know the true value till they're in use for a while.

I was quite happy with the service provided by Fastway Couriers Ireland. The item that was delivered arrived even earlier than I expected.
