Not responsive - I've emailed and messaged through messenger and Instagram and have yet to get an update on my order. Passed the expected delivery time and nothing from company other than order confirmation.

Wouldn't recommend
I bought these for both my children who play football, they were used for training and my son was kicked in the shin and they did very little to protect his leg. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail and the team at Look Fantastic have arranged a replacement and refunded my delivery fee. They were really helpful and communication was great.

Review of Kwik Fit
Poor Service
I booked for a technician to fit new tyres at my home and was given a timeslot between 10am and 4pm, on the morning I was given a courtesy call to advise that the technician was running an hour late which was fine. I called up at 4.30pm to ask for a rough idea of when the technician was arriving and was told he would be 30-40 mins. At 4.50, I received a call to advise that they would not be coming and the next available booking was 4th Jan. The contact (Andy) I spoke to within the team was very helpful in looking at other potential options for me but I have still had a wasted day and now having to drive to a Kwikfit garage rather than receiving the service I booked and paid for.
Have also tried to fill in your customer service form on the website to provide info/feedback and the website is terrible. Page not loading properly to add information - all in all a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Kwikfit

Initial issues resolved
Edit - after posting my review I was contacted by Chloe who has now resolved the situation. This is much appreciated, good staff definitely make a difference. (I was initially offered £46 for my phone, Huawei P30 which was in really good condition and then additional £100 for a promo with the new phone I selected. Have just received an updated value of £9 because the phone is unable to make a call, this is utter nonsense as I used the phone the same day to make a call before wiping it and sending on to o2. Really disappointed with this service)
