Very pleased with the jigsaw products. There were issues with using my vouchers which was frustrating but I can not fault the responses, quality and promptness, I received when during the issue resolution process.

I did not use XE in the end for my latest $1000 transfer from NZ to Australia. From current exhange rate conversion to what would be received was too much. I decided to look at Transferwise which I had not used before. Improved the recipient amount by $27 - significant. Cheers Noel

I was frustrated that after I uploaded my passport and a self photo I received an email in very average English which was not totally clear as to what was now required. There seemed to be words missing which would have given clarity.
I then did do exactly the same thing again using the Onfido link and verification occurred.
