Excellent client service

Excellent client service, really spends time understanding what you are looking for with no pressure to buy. Also very happy to provide same service to the customer who just needs a new battery and strap for their much loved Cartier watch. I’ll be back..

Aftercare very poor

Guys in the shop were fabulous but if you have a broken or faulty machine delivered, you will have a hell of a time getting a replacement. Top of the range treadmill delivered Dec 2023, belt was broken which was obvious as soon as they built it. Refused to provide a new machine, replaced belt, a further issue, which made it unsafe to run on, again they didn’t want to replace the whole machine. Eventually they agreed to replace it but we had to wait 10 weeks as apparently none in stock. So six months to get a new machine which was a top of range treadmill, costing a lot of money. Still awaiting compensation, not replying to last chaser message after they promised to address compensation once new machine was delivered.

Customer service after buying is non-existent

I’m sad to say that I need to warn anyone buying a new Matrix machine that if it arrives broken, customer service is non-existent. The service in the shop was excellent and they don’t deserve this review but at the end of the day, we bought one of the most expensive running machines before Christmas and still don’t have a fully functioning machine we can use safely in May. Constantly just wanted to repair instead of providing a new machine and we now have two separate diagnosed issues. We have finally been told we will get a brand new machine but need to wait months for it to be in stock. Buyer beware!
