Worked with Joseph Sherman this year after being satisfied with his work last year. Luckily my taxes were a breeze this year, and there was no trouble at all getting everything filed in time. Very affordable service and a completely painless process, absolutely beats banging my head against the expat services offered by the IRS on my own!

Repair was quick and painless. Oven needed a new heating element.

I worked with Joseph Sherman at CPAT for Expats to file my taxes while living abroad in the UK. In the past I have had significant trouble filing because I do not have a US phone number or bank account, and all IRS recommended services eventually asked me to use one or both to file and pay my taxes! It was also a nightmare determining where I was exempt from taxation due to tax treaties and getting used to two different tax year schedules. I am also partially self employed which makes it more difficult. While I did have to pay a fee for the additional schedules for self employment, the work was done quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with how smooth the process was. When I hadn’t heard back in a couple weeks I emailed to make sure I hadn’t forgotten anything, and I was given a very friendly reply that my case would be attended to after the busy April tax season (as my deadline wasn’t until June, which was explained.) I did not owe any tax so I cannot speak to any services to help with payment, but if I require it in the future I’ll update my review accordingly. I will absolutely be using their services going forward.

I wanted to replace a ring I had lost but didn't know the size for. Rather than go to a shop 30min away by car and try my luck, I opted to try the online chat function. I was connected with Kiara who let me know that the ring I am looking for is in high demand and suggested purchasing online with a standard size, which could be returned for a full exchange or refund and with a 5% discount if I purchased then. I decided to do that, and she also clarified for me that I can even return it in a shop if I pay by card. That was very helpful, and she was very friendly. I'm looking forward to receiving the item to try on and hopefully it's the size I had before, but I'm glad it won't require several trips out to get sorted if not.

My parcel was delivered at the earliest part of the delivery window given to me and placed in a safe place as per my instructions. Everything arrived in excellent condition.
