I had ordered a pair of curtains that were damaged in transit,I emailed customer service and sent a picture in,they sent out a replacement Straightaway, fab customer service

No notifications!

Ive Not had 1 notification for a cancellation, and I've seen other people who have the app and they've had cancellations who don't have premium.so I uninstalled the app incase there was a glitch and it now constantly says under maintenance! And I've got premium! There's no way of getting intouch with anyone ,I want a refund! Stay away from this site

Great customer service

I ordered 2 black glass worktop savers for my new kitchen,when they arrived the box was damaged and one was completely shattered, I emailed Rinkit straightaway with pics and a video of the damaged item,this was late last night,and this morning I received a very nice email to say they have resent the damaged item out .I'm over the moon with the customer service and quick resolution.i will definitely purchase from Rinkit again.
