RETURN TAX ALERT

RETURN TAX ALERT! Really cool products but returns are expensive. They charge you for returns and send you a label, and if you don't have a printer you have to pay extra at a print shop. I ended up spending 8 quid just to return a product I didn't quite like. Bonkers ! Should've ordered the same product for Amazon instead.

Bad bad bad experience

UPDATE: Over two weeks and still no label because of an issue at their end. Had to dispute transaction with my credit card company. How is such a company company still in business? Horrible!


The case was substandard but their customer service is absolutely appalling. It’s been over a week they have been promising to send me a return shipping label but due to‘’internal system errors’ they are unable to do so. How long does it take to make a manual shipping label on the Royal Mail website and send it to me?

Dodgy landlord+agent, stuck deposit - sorted

My landlord and the agent (rhymes with Jibbs Jillespie) were being dodgy with the deposit for three whole months, but Cathy helped me sort it our proactively and promptly. Now it's all sorted in such a short time, thanks to her and TDS.

Car a bit dirty on delivery but otherwise great

Update: Cinch were great. They reached out and offered me a full interior valet and new mats. Appreciate their customer service. Changing my review from 3 to 5 stars.


Hey Cinch, my experience with you buying a car was great, but I have to say I was quite disappointed that the car arrived quite dirty. There was marks on the passenger seat and dashboard like someone had spilled coffee, and the steering was so sticky I had to wipe it clean and wash my hands after my drive. My second pain point was that there are quite a few scratches/nicks that were’t disclosed on the selling page or during delivery. And finally, the car arrived with no mats. If I’d known this I would have bought them ahead in time so they would have been ready for delivery. Thanks for the umbrella though, and the car drives great.

Terrible treatment of home-chefs

Terrible treatment of home-chefs. They make promises they don't keep. They took all my menu/intellectual property and kept delaying signing me up since over a month. They dragged their feet every step of the way without giving any clear responses. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
