Poor customer service

One of the shirts we bought frayed badly on one side of the collar after the first wash.
We use Miele washing machine on the shirts mode for the washing.

We had issue with only one shirt and was clear it is a quality issue.

When reported this to the company’s customer service we got bombarded with messages that is tear and wear.
Even after sending the shirt at my own expenses to the company the customer service agent insisted it is tear and wear.
I then took the item to a shop, and was not surprised that the shop agreed that it is a brand new shirt and the collar fraying is a one off quality issue.

Too bad for the company to have a customer service agent that cannot differentiate between tear and wear and quality issue.

It looks like there is only one ill prepared customer service agent that doesn’t Mather what can’t think outside the box and accept the quality issue.

Funny enough I have taken this shirt to different physical branches and both of them agree is a faulty product.

I’d like to clarify that our customer service team did not inspect the item themselves, it was assessed by our quality department, and their conclusion was that the fraying was consistent with wear and tear. Customer service then passed on this assessment along with future care advice.

We appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied. As the shirt is now over a year old, it does fall outside our policy. That said, your comments have been noted and shared with the relevant teams, as they help us to improve both our products and our service.

The customer service team is just amazing. They spotted a mistake on my order and contacted me before shipping the products to make it right.

They delivered my product within 24 hours instead of 3-4 days.

Charged for next day delivery - products never arrived

I paid the order before 3pm.

All products ordered were confirmed available by customer service.

The order did not arrive and they gave me the lamest excuses.

Also customer service has no idea when the order will be delivered.

The discount promised was also not included.

My On Cloud running shoes are some use…

My On Cloud running shoes after some time became very slippery. Impossible to fell safe un wet conditions.

Also, they are very noise.

The guarantee they offer is a bit of a joke as I don't expect many people to keep the invoice, which is needed to open a case.

I bought the shoes from an autorized dealer.

I wrote to On Cloud offering to send them the shoes back as I cannot use it any longer.

Flowers Not delivered

I ordered flowers to be delivered in Germany on Saturday (in time for Mother’s Day on Sunday). The money was taken, no flowers have been delivered and customer service has no information about.
Don’t waste time with the company as they can’t keep any promise advertised on their website.
The company claims there was no one to receive the flowers. There were two people at home at the time of the “fake attempted delivery”.
Instead of delivering the flowers they transfer it to DHL. You can imagine the flowers being handled by DHL. All dead and gone to the bin.

I have only got refunded because I had raised the case with my bank. Still Floraqueen are holding part of the money.

They don’t care about the customer. For them flowers on Mother’s Day or any special occasion mean nothing.

They will try to tire the customer to give up on any claim.

Definitely will never ever order flowers with them.

TIME WASTERS

The website information is a two weeks time frame for installation from the payment day. Nearly two weeks have passed and I have not received any information about installation date. When contacting the company they asked me to give them information that is possible to install the charger. I am not an electrician so how am I supposed to know. They dont care about doing their job. They will ask for pictures/ videos and measurements but they will not look at the info provided. I am now waiting for the refund. TIME WASTERS

I did ask for an electrician to fix the socket, light switch

I did ask for an electrician to fix the switch on a standing lamp, to change one socket and check if one cable has electricity.
I will never use the company again!!!!!! And I would not recommend it either. The electrician did spend 15 min and the only thing he did was to change the socket (for one without USB) for one he had in the car. He did not bring a switch for the standing lamp so that was not fixed. Also he told me the new socket would cost £10 and they charged me £20. In total I paid £133 for a 15min job. My issues have not been resolved because the electrician was not prepared to do the work. I called the office and they told me is not their problem. Appalling customer service.

I got a call from Aspect blaming me for the fact that the electrician did not have the parts. They were more worried to have the review changed that to sort out the issue.
They refused to refund the extra charge. Which means you will agree a price for the part and than be charged doubled of that amount.

Definitely will not use again

Appaling customer service

Never consider buying Luxaflex blinds at JL. The product is great but the installation team will damage it beyond recovery, damage your property and refuse any compensation. Their team cannot measure properly, lack basic installation skills. This is followed by the worst post sales and customer service team in the market. They just blamed Luxaflex of misleading ad - which is not the case.

After 3 months, hours on the phone and 100s of emails I had no help to resolve the issue.

Without hope of finding a solution with JL I contacted Luxaflex.
Their service is on a completely different level. One call and one email with details was all I needed to do before Luxaflex offered to replace the damaged blinds. I have now new blinds properly installed by Luxaflex.

JL offered as a form of insult £100 compensation. I am to pay to replace the damage radiator, damaged carpet not to say about the time,
Energy and cleaning costs.

Taking legal action now to have the costs of the damages in the property covered by JL.

JL used to be a great place to
Shop. With this service I will never buy anything again

We are sorry you're having some connection issues; this isn't good.

There are so many things that can influence a WiFi connection some of which include but are not limited to, a fish tank being in the same room, walls being built with concrete instead of brick, it could even be that your next-door neighbour’s router is interfering with yours. The Hub's location could also be causing the coverage problem, so we do need to check the positioning of it. Can you please ensure the following

Out in the open
Next to the TV not behind it
Away from large bodies of water (e.g., fish tanks)
Away from baby monitors and cordless phones
Away from microwaves

Think of the Hub as a radio, and WiFi as the sound - the further away you are from the radio, or the more obstacles that are in the way (walls, electronic devices etc.), the quieter the radio & the poorer the WiFi.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The only customer service lady (whom I cannot name name here) is the most unhelpful person and is behind her desk somewhere telling me what the issue with the product is without even seeing the faulty food processor and not being qualified to this. Also, she has spent sometime lecturing me and blaming me of not using it properly. I had used the food processor for nearly two years and had no problem till now. Even though the product has guarantee she would refuse to organise and pay for the shipping. Worse than this she sent me a link to a list of curriers she has "agreement with". This companies charge absurd prices. I asked her how does she expect me to pay nearly £100 pounds for shipping a product that costs £500.
Luckily enough I found DPD and they charged me £7 for what her "choosen companies" where asking nearly £100. I am now hopeful the product with be repaired. I certainly will not recommend Magimix products for their poor customer service. I have also sent an email to Magimix France to make them aware of what is going on with their customers here.
As you can see the reply to my review received from the same lady just proves how appealing Magimix Customer Service is.
She does her job so badly that she has sent our item to our very old address, even though she has been informed of our new address.

Thank you for your review. Please let me address your points in order:

- Whilst Customer Services do not see every product, we do liaise closely with the repair centre to provide customers with quick and reliable information.

The problem reported to Customers Services can be attributed to a user error. Even so, we did offer to repair and pay for the return courier costs (back to you) as your food processor falls within 3 years of purchase.

- We always advise customers on how best to prevent issues from re-occurring in the future. This advice consists of informing the customer to adhere to bowl capacities listed within the Ma Cuisine manual and to adhere to processing times. i.e. bread dough takes between 30 - 90 seconds to come together. You do not need to process the dough any longer.

- As per the Terms and Conditions on the Magimix website we do not cover the courier costs to the engineer, but we do cover the costs to return your item back to you.

- The link we provide to customers is a courier comparison website. We are not paid for this. The intention is to allow customers to compare courier services and the level of service / protection / delivery times on offer.

Unfortunately we cannot control the costs of what a courier service charges. However its great to read you did find one within your budget in the end.

The engineer who will repair your product (for free) is fantastic, and you will have your product back within 7-14 working days.
