I recently had a water softener system installed by Chris Gartell, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Chris was incredibly professional, arriving right on time and taking the time to explain the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. He worked efficiently and kept everything clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. His knowledge about the system was impressive, and he made sure I knew exactly how to use and maintain it before he left. Chris went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and the difference in our water quality is already noticeable. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch installation—thanks, Chris, for a fantastic job!

Zero star for this company, the worst management company I have ever dealing with. A leak was found in the underground parking space, then they start an investigation of all the flats regarding the leak, until now, the source of the leak has not been found, but tremendous investigation fees have occurred, now they want to recover these charges from the owner of flats which MAY cause the reason for the leak. They lack basic knowledge of dealing with leak. This obviously need to be covered through service charge. To recover any cost from the owner due to leak incident, they have to proof negligence, and in reality and most cases such negligence cannot be proof because leak is unanticipated incident and no one want this to be happens. This is the basic knowledge when come to dealing with leaks. Extremely nonprofessional company. When things happens, they are not solving anything, they just keep blaming owners. Avoid this company at all cost.
