The most important part of delivery is to make sure it is to the correct address. All drivers should knock on the door. Some merely drop off at the door without knocking. I have had orders not arrive at all, and have had two orders delivered to me that belonged to somebody else. So drivers please knock on door and hand delivery to the person who opens the door. Thanks.

Definitely five stars. Sam at Outdoors Domain was so helpful when I first enquired about the Gasmate Electric BBQ. Then further excellent customer service after purchase. I chose this BBQ because it is the only electric BBQ that has open ridge BBQ inserts, so fat from meat cooking spatters onto the element and creates the smoky infusion normally associated with a charcoal gas BBQ. The spatters of course burn off.
