First, we got our mortgage two years ago, and now we renewed our mortgage with the help of First Mortgage, and I can't recommend them enough!

Kristopher and Sonny were excellent!
Really helpful and available, always guiding and advising us.

Deliveries are always late and if you…

Deliveries are always late and if you don't need that delivery anymore because it was delivered too late, tough luck!!!!

To return it, you have to pay for the return and arrange the return yourself!

Customer service doesn't really care, once I explained my disappointment to the return service they provide, they just ignored me.

Lesson learned!

I will order elsewhere from now on.

Maybe for other customers went well, but my experience was horrible overall.

TradeRadiators used DX Express for my delivery and I never received my radiator because of DX, but at the same time, TradeRadiators did not handle the situation well, considering they had every chance to make it right and they couldn't.

2 weeks, 10 phone calls and 20 emails later, all I have is the refund of the order.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend TradeRadiators.

I ordered during the holidays and I was…

I ordered during the holidays and I was expecting delays considering the holidays period, but Plumbworld were FANTASTIC!

ALWAYS available, always reassuring, they replied to phones and emails immediately and the order was delivered on time and in perfect conditions, considering that it was a very expensive order of a toilet and a shower!

On top of this, the price was the best compared to anywhere else online!

I have the driver recorded on video…

I have the driver recorded on video from my front doorbell, coming 5 metres away from my front door and throwing on the sidewalk 2 cards saying they tried to deliver but they missed me, while I was home. They never approached the front door, never called my phone or tried to deliver the package I was expecting.

I tried calling DX Delivery 2 minutes later after the driver had left, stayed on the phone for 20 minutes but no one answered.

I am assuming the driver either didn't want to deliver the package since he might have damaged it, or might have completely forgotten to bring the package with him on the van and noticed only when he was here that he was missing the package.

Because there is no other explanation on how absurd and surreal this is.

The driver is on video, coming on the sidewalk in front of my front door, throwing ON THE SIDEWALK 2 cards saying "we missed you", and left.

He didn't even try to leave the cards on my front door but threw them on the sidewalk.

I was so unlucky to have to expect packages twice from DX Delivery and both times the experience has been horrible.

UPDATE: I have emailed them, I have contacted them on the phone, I have tried EVERYTHING, but they are absolutely useless.

They attempted 3 times re-delivery, last attempt was yesterday. I received a text message mid day saying that they are sorry but they cannot deliver.

Any business that values their customers should never, ever use DX!

BE AWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

BE AWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I reported them and you should do the same.

Stock availability on their website is not real. They made me wait for 2 weeks and after numerous calls and emails they said that the shower tray I had ordered is not actually in stock. They also could not cancel the order and provide me a refund.

According to the Marketing and Advertising law

"In the UK, misleading advertising about stock availability is prohibited by the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008."

RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT FROM THE SELLER:

1. No, you had not communicated any closures.
2. You lied to me for 2 weeks not telling me that the item wasn't in stock but instead telling me to wait until the 2nd of January. Yesterday, the 2nd of January, I called and you said the item wasn't in stock.
3. I have already cancelled the order so either you have no idea what's happening, or you don't want to cancel the order.
4. Funny enough, you are saying that you WILL send the order the 2nd of January but you have written this comment the 3rd of January.

An effortless, fee-free mortgage!

An effortless, fee-free mortgage! It can't get better than that!

I hope that everyone at FirstMortgage is as professional and helpful as Lesley and Amy, but if you are a first-time buyer like us, your best bet is FirstMortgage, and especially Lesley and Amy!

It felt almost too easy. We were applying for a joint mortgage so we started by speaking a couple of times with Lesley Mallin on the phone in the first 7 days. Then, Lesley submitted our application and we were introduced to Amy Keegan.

Amy proceeded to keep us updated regularly about our application, and a total 3 weeks later we got the mortgage offer. Amy reached out to us frequently, even just to let us know that there were no new updates from the lender and we just had to keep waiting.

It was as simple as that!

I contacted initially a lot of different mortgage advisors, both with or without a fee, and most of them were not as supportive and responsive initially as Lesley was.

I know advisors get a fee from the lender when the mortgage is approved, and I cannot comment as to why some advisors will require an additional fee on top of that. FirstMortgage is fee-free, so I did not have to pay them anything.
What I can tell you for sure is that the additional fee requested from other advisors, in my personal experience did not reflect a better or more qualitative service.
You would expect better communication and availability from an advisor that requires a fee because you are paying the extra fee exactly for that reason.
I contacted at least 5-6 other advisors and spent more than 60 minutes on the phone with each one of them and they either did not follow up or didn't reply to my emails or doubts as quickly as I would have preferred. They pride themselves on great customer service and their justification for the extra fee that they charge is exactly the fact that they will provide you with more attention and support during the application and be always on your side. Then, when you have questions or doubts and you try to call them or write them an email, they are always busy and get back to you two days later.

Trust me, go with Lesley and Amy and you will not regret it!

Review of Intuit Credit Karma US

One of the worst customer service…

One of the worst customer service support I have received. I Created a support case (Case #04731930) because I kept receiving advertising emails from Credit Karma, even though I had disabled all notification preferences. I could not unsubscribe from the emails because there was no "unsubscribe" link in the footer of the email and the unsubscribe option that Gmail provides, just sent me to the Credit Karma website homepage.

So basically I was being spammed from Credit Karma with no option to unsubscribe.

I spent two days in the support case, sending them screenshots to prove that I was registered and I was using their app, because they could not find my information at all. After multiple screenshots and two days lost with Credit Karma support, I had to delete my account and hope that the data got really deleted.

Every reply to my case was from someone new, that had never read the case history. After 2 days of back and forth communication they kept asking me for the last 4 digits of the social security number so they could find my account, even I told them multiple times that I don't have a social security number because I am located in the UK. After my last reply to the case, even though the case was created because I could not unsubscribe from their emails, they replied showing me the procedure to unsubscribe, which is exactly the reason why I created the case. I created the case exactly because I couldn't unsubscribe from their spam. I have deleted my account and if I keep receiving emails from them, to which I can not unsubscribe, I will report them to the CCPA.
