I have never taken part in games or sport of any kind but age and concerns about maintaining an active lifestyle ( I like country walks) set me off searching for things I might do. I came across Everybody fit and am delighted to be on a transformative journey. In a matter of weeks I feel fitter than I ever have. The friendly supportive atmosphere that the trainers create set me at ease from the start. Their patience and encouragement is amazing. After only a few weeks I already feel fitter, stronger and more mentally alert.

Prompt efficient delivery by a pleasant person. Excellent food. We are vegetarians and are particularly appreciative of the fact that there are meals suitable for us! The luxury dinner is particularly good although a green vegetable would improve the effect!
