Order was easy to place. I was advised when despatched and when parcels would arrive. Radiators look well packaged in box. Not yet fitted, but cannot fault service so far.

Outstanding service. I made my initial enquiry and Raheem called the same day. I placed my order and two weeks later, my windows are fitted. They look amazing. John and Donna called the night before to confirm what time they'd arrive and were there on the dot. They've done an wonderful job in fitting the windows, they are friendly, and efficient. The quality of the installation is pristine, not only in their excellent work, but to say they are clean and tidy is an understatement. Not a spec of dust was left. A wonderful team and an asset to Walkers.

From start to finish I was impressed with the service from Hillarys. Having decided that I would like to install shutters in my living room and kitchen I contacted Hillarys to request a quote, I liked that they came to you. An appointment was made within a few hours of my request and a day later Paul our salesperson arrived on time. He took time to discuss options, and the different qualities of the shutters available, he made recommendations and provided details of costs there and then. We decided to go ahead and placed the order. Within the next 2 days Csabu the surveyor and fitter called to take precise measurements and confirmed our fitting date. A week before fitting, he contacted us to say the shutters had arrived and the fitting would go ahead as planned. He messaged again the day before to confirm what time he'd be arriving. From customer service, sales, and fitting, the staff at Hillarys, we're all friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be more delighted with the end product, our shutters look amazing and have added a touch of elegance to our decor. I was so impressed that we've now decided to have them fitted upstairs as well and I'll be in touch with Hillarys again to arrange this. Would highly recommend Hillarys to anyone looking for an efficient, and professional experience, delivered by a great team who are assets to the business. Thank you.

I ordered a large print of The Phoenix by Ann Garrett. OMG! It's amazing. The quality of colour and frame is excellent, love that you also receive wall fittings. Delivery was quick and the delivery driver handled the package with such care. Will definitely be ordering more prints as our renovations progress and more rooms are completed.
