Inaccurate size descriptions
I ordered 2 items. Both looked fine but one of them is not the advertised size. Instead of 8x10, it's 8 1/8 x 9 11/16 and doesn't fit in a normal frame.
I contacted them and they responded quickly and said actual sizes could vary by as much as 1 inch in either dimension. They offered to (1) refund 15% of the purchase price, which would be $2.40 or (2) send me another copy of the print that's THE SAME F*CKED UP SIZE. Neither fixed the problem, so I would recommend caution when ordering from them.
