Ordered a radiator never got it called them and they said they lost it

Lorene - We truly apologize that you were not satisfied! There was only one of these radiators nationwide that we could get our hands on. We promptly fulfilled your order and let you know that it was being brought in from another yard and that it would take some time to get here. Unfortunately the part came up missing from our supplier and we promptly provided you a refund. We take full responsibility for the slight lack of communication and are working on a process to fix this issue in the future. We hope you will give us another chance next time you have parts needs.
