They were unable to furnish the part despite the website showing it as in stock. I gave up after two months wait and was reimbursed. Customer service responds but you get the canned response to keep waiting indefinitely. Maybe you need some luck to get parts from this company. The stock list is certainly misleading.

Product listed as in stock. Item was not sent. When I phoned they said they could not get the item. Yet the item remains listed as in stock on the website. I was at the very least reimbursed. It is a complete waste of time to order from this company.

Merci pour votre avis. Malheureusement, il arrive que certains produits ne nous puissent pas être livrés dans l'immédiat par le fabricant, or que celui ci prenne plus de temps que prévu pour nous confirmer être hors stock. Lorsqu'un produit commandé y a 3 jours auparavant sans que nous l'ayons reçu, et que nous ne recevons pas de nouvelle date de livraison du fabricant par exemple, nous estimons que le produit est hors stock hélas. Or le site ne sera que modifié lorsque le fabricant nous indique cela, d'où la confusion.
Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas trouver votre commande sous votre nom. Nous vous recommandons fortement de prendre contact avec nous afin que nous puissions résoudre ce problème avec vous, auprès de l'adresse mail info@winparts.fr, si cela n'a pas encore été fait.

Reliably AGGRAVATING. After working on the phone pole out front and unhooking my land line in the process, their contracted service failed to return the next day to reconnect it despite endless calls on my part asking them to do so. Fast forward to today, years later...I finally got fiber optic in my village so got a new land line. My account has always been on the NoCall List. I have given my new number via fiber to no one, yet I am getting several harassing calls per day, spam trash calls. Orange claims I am still on the No Call list. Ha! So they apparently sold my new number to the highest bidders and have yet again disrupted my life with their bad behavior. They "reset"the No Call Status for my new number yet I am stll getting spam calls. Someone seriously needs to get his act together ethically and with regards to competence.
