Horrible customer servic

Their website ask your product serial number and tells you if the part you order is compatible or not. I checked and order unfortunately it was the wrong piece.

I am trying to send it back, but they dont provide return label. They keep saying it is attached to email but there is no return label. They also charge for the return cost. this is against consumer law.

Wrong delivery, and somehow it’s the customer’s job to fix it


What a mess. We urgently needed our order, but FixPart completely missed the promised delivery time. The tracking showed the parcel ended up in a different city, and after weeks of emailing we were told it was sent to the wrong address and house number.

By then, we no longer needed the item and simply asked for a refund. Instead, FixPart expects us to go pick up the wrongly delivered parcel and return it — and even sign a sworn statement on top of that. Seriously?

It’s the company’s responsibility to deliver correctly, not the customer’s. Absolutely not recommended.

fixpart delivered wrong part with wrong part number, customer service denies it and refuses a refund or replacement.

Fixpart has delivered the wrong filter with the wrong part number. This wrong filter has its release mechanism on the short instead of the long side and is therefore incompatible with my device.
Infuriatingly, they refuse to acknowledge that they sent me the wrong part, even though I sent them images of the model number, the invoice I got from them which states the correct model number, and pictures of the filter they delivered to me.
Even their product page shows the correct image with the release mechanism on the long side, so fixparts unwillingness to acknowledge their mistake is really annoying. I have the feeling to talk against a wall: Whenever I carefully explain why the part is not correct, where their mistake was and how they can verify that they actually made the mistake, they just reply with "You have received the part you ordered", even though this is obviously not the case.

Very disappointing experience…


I had a very disappointing experience with FixPart.bg. I placed order no. 202505116643 on July 12 with a promised delivery time of 3–5 working days. The item arrived only on July 28 – 16 days later. By that time I had already left Sozopol and could not collect it.

I informed customer service on July 29 that collection was impossible and requested a refund. More than a month has passed and I have still not received any refund or proper reply.

This is unacceptable: misleading delivery promises, lack of customer care, and ignoring refund rights. I strongly advise others to be very careful when ordering from this company.

They were unable to furnish the part…

They were unable to furnish the part despite the website showing it as in stock. I gave up after two months wait and was reimbursed. Customer service responds but you get the canned response to keep waiting indefinitely. Maybe you need some luck to get parts from this company. The stock list is certainly misleading.

Very poor communication from this…

Very poor communication from this company. No contact number just emails which they don’t reply to. Had waited over a week on something i paid a 2 day delivery on. Give wrong DPD courier number so couldn’t track postage. Wont be shopping here again.

Delonghi Magnifica S

I own the Delonghi Magnifica S but the pin of the tray was broken so I ordered a new tray at FixPart.
After receiving the part quickly, I simply exchanged the new part and it worked perfectly again.
5 star experience for me, thank you FixPart!

On 30.7.2025 I received order no. 202505195697 from the Czech-oriented online store FixPart (the company is based in the Netherlands).
That same day I requested withdrawal from the contract and a refund via e-mail and contact form.
To date, no instructions have been provided for returning the goods or for a refund.
Communication is only automatic, no human contact. I am dealing with it with a lawyer

Nevjerojatno loše iskustvo. Kupio sam običnu ručku za frižider, a kad sam pokušao ostvariti pravo na povrat jer proizvod nije odgovarao, tretirali su me kao da sam naručio svemirski brod. Tražili su “naljepnicu uređaja” – za ručku?! Komunikacija je hladna, automatska i neljudska, kao da razgovarate s robotom.
Kad sam napomenuo da ću se obratiti udruzi za zaštitu potrošača, prestali su odgovarati i čini se da su mi blokirali e-mail. Ovo je jasan znak da izbjegavaju odgovornost i svjesno otežavaju ostvarivanje prava kupaca.
Apsolutno ne preporučujem. Ako ne želite gubiti živce i vrijeme – zaobiđite FixPart u širokom luku.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a simple fridge handle, and when I tried to return it because it didn’t fit, they treated me like I was sending back a spaceship. They insisted on a “product label”—for a handle?! The communication was cold, robotic, and inhuman.
When I mentioned contacting a consumer protection organization, they stopped replying and apparently blocked my email. That says everything. They deliberately obstruct the return process and show no sense of responsibility.
Do not recommend. If you value your time and sanity—avoid FixPart at all costs.

Terrible experience – defective product, no refund, no customer care

I ordered a product from FixPart and received a defective item right from the start. Despite contacting customer support immediately and requesting a return and full refund, the company refused to reimburse me and denied the return request.

Over two months have passed, and I have been left without my money and with a non-functional product. The company has shown a complete lack of accountability, delayed responses, and has consistently avoided resolving the issue.

I have now escalated the matter to the National Consumer Protection Authority (ANPC) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC Romania) to seek legal resolution.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. They do not respect consumer rights and take no responsibility when things go wrong.

Slow to correct their mistakes

They sent the wrong part and have not tried to rectify this, they just forwarded my complaint to the manufacturer. They sent a drive belt for a washer or something while I ordered a pressure sensor for a washing machine, what I ordered and what I received have nothing to do with each other and because of their incompetence I am doing the dishes by hand.
Update: it has been over a month now. After my complaint Fixpart asked me to return the item so they could send me the correct one, rather than reimburse me. After about 6 weeks and an official claim I have now finally received the part I ordered.
