This is the worst company in a growing…

This is the worst company in a growing list of "worst." They will not let you out of your contract even if they agreed to it because they are run by separate entities. I tried to transfer my service to my new house but couldnt because I already had service there. They talked me into a remote service (boxes I could put at rental homes) so that I wouldnt get a cancellation fee. Then they sent the equipment, rebilled me $40 a mo for the remote service. AND then charged me $1000 for termination. When I tried to call I went through a gauntlet of Indians who never fixed the problem.

This is a junky

This is a junky, organized website. There were no legitimate emails from buyers that we could discern. Our account was closed with no explanation other than "violated terms," which we couldn't figure out. The customer service never told us what we violated and, instead of canceling some ads if they didn't like them, cancelled our account. Dont waste your time setting anything up as a seller with this site.
