I was unable to change my password, in spite of trying so many times that the site locked me out. I'm a repeat customer, but I ended up placing my order without signing on to my account because the password change option was unavailable.

One of the main reasons we chose to sell our car on Peddle is that the website didn't ask for a lot of personal information up front. Others did, and I fear they would hound me with emails and phone calls afterwards, even if I did choose one of them. I get enough unsolicited phone calls and emails without asking for more. Peddle was quick to offer a sale, the person who picked up the car was very polite and knowledgeable, and the whole process was very easy. Lots of good info on the Peddle website and in texts which helped make this easy.
