Terrible customer service. NO REFUNDS ACTION.

Terrible customer service. No right responses to refunds. Seems ignoring request for item to be returned and refunded even on the first day of the order. Been a month now and no correct response, feels like robots are responding and ignoring original requests of refunds to be issued.
Ordered cancelled, still delivered to the doors and left by the doors without me accepting this order. No response further to collect refund and no email accepting refund. Absolutely bad company to order. Worst experience for online orders and customer communication. No star deserved_zero stars.
