John the engineer was awesome. We initially were somewhat frustrated with some admin issues but he was very professional and explained to us what the problem was set about to effect the repair. His demeanour, professionalism sets him apart from other workers. Thanks

WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Extremely unhelpful staff, we had a flight cancellation on Saturday but no one can be contacted outside the hours of 9-5 weekdays. Called on Monday to sort out been on the phone for 1 hr 58 mins yet they didn’t manage to do anything to resolve. WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. PLEASE DON’T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.
