Chevis was extremely helpful as we explored getting insurance coverage for an older vehicle. She was responsive and patient with my questions. I had intended to only insure the Land Rover but was so impressed that I swapped my homeowners and umbrella policies and am going to do the same with my motorcycle policy.

The entire process was seamless, from the ease of ordering, to the prompt shipping to the excellent packaging.

The cheese is outstanding. So delicious, grates easily and wonderful with pasta or eaten by itself or on crackers.

First of all, the content is amazing. Things are very well organized and the instructions are excellent.

I had trouble accessing my purchases and hadn’t received the email allowing me to set up my account. It turns out that I had made a typo on my email address. David spent a lot of time and ultimately found my error.

That extra effort is the definition of excellent customer service.

Easy to find what I wanted, reasonably priced and fast shipping

Daily Direct’s customer service team communicated clearly and appropriately. The bike arrived in perfect condition but quite dusty. The delivery driver, Nick, called the day before the delivery and then repeatedly to keep me updated. He was very friendly and helpful.

One thing to be aware of, Daily operates a hub type system. My bike was picked up by a regional driver and then was brought to a hub warehouse. It then got sent across county to the hub serving my area and from there a regional driver brought it to me. The system is efficient and works well, but prospective customers need to understand the time involved in the process.

Weavers of Ireland have an excellent website, easy to use, great product descriptions and photographs and a smooth checkout process. They communicated post purchase and shipped promptly. When my hats arrived, they exceeded my expectations. They’re very well made and the styling is marvelous. I’m a very happy customer.

The bicycle is extremely well made. It was nicely packaged and the build instruction video was excellent. To top it off, the Last Podcast On The Left "Dark Rider Cruiser" is exactly what I hoped it would be. It’s fun to ride with a very comfortable riding position.
