I’m a qualified electrician in the UK with my own business and I can tell you this item is a rip off DO NOT BUY!! you will be £40 worse off and you will not see any difference in your bills. This is (if it works) a filter plug which may offer some protection to sensitive electronic items. But these days any item of its worth will have built in filters/suppressors. This needs to be removed from advertising it’s one up from fraud!

Slow in getting prescriptions out! always reporting stock issues

Hi David, as we have over 500,000 patients, we can't keep everyone's medication in stock at once, so we order medication based on patients' requests. This means that initially it may look like everything is out of stock, but it will be matched up as soon as possible with the order of medication.
