No customer service

Tried to report a bug with the login screen that persist for more than 2 years where it hogs 100% of the CPU on win platforms. I gave them all the data I had, the hardware specs (one of the best cpu and gpu on the market) and a reproduction scenario

After about 20 emails of pure nonsense I gave up. There will be literally no help and they don't even have any logs in any kind of way that they can use for the support. They never intend to fix any bugs period.

Shitty new company, using LLMs to advertise on reddit.

Now trying to erase it, but for now still obvious if you lookup google and filter by site:reddit.com and hostcircle.nl

And their setups show they have 0 understanding what configurations real customers using cloud need.

Fine if you get what you ordered

As some other reviews state, don't rely on the packages arriving. This time it didn't really have anything to do with the company itself, rather postal services, but all in all I got 4 out of 5 boxes delivered to me

And then I got ghosted by both DHL on germany side and JH never responded to any of my messages. The product itself is just stuffed into a small box, they don't do big boxes at all, and thus prone to breakage (they don't even pretend neither to insluate nor to protect the order)

UPD 2/12/2025: changing this from 2 to 1 star.
Interestingly enough, both my sakuraco and tokyotreat boxes got stuck in transit now for about 2 weeks at this point (imagine being so petty).
The communication promised in the response to the review was nonexistent. Apart from the initial reachout they didn't do anything, not even respond to my email response. The box that I had problems with was received by them, but they never issued a refund. At this point I'd guess unless I do the full refund they won't pay any attention, which is exactly what I'm doing next.

Everything is good

Everything is good. They had some issues under heavy load that caused increased delays in topups, but Bankoff followed this up with an email and everything they claimed so far has been true.

The card itself is working perfectly well

UPD: Never have I been so wrong in my life :D
But alas. It worked while it lasted, but exitscammed after. I wasn't really affected
